Job Opening: Promotional Sales Associate
This position manages the strategic direction of increasing revenue per customer and has P&L responsibility for this channel.
Compensation Package:
1. competitive salary
2. uncapped commission scheme for direct sales

The Promotional Sales Associates will be assigned to the following tasks/objectives
1. Meet specific individual and group sales objectives
2. Promote campaign to upgrade existing individual licenses to corporate licenses
3. Identify profitable and applicable affiliate programs and promote them among the company's existing subscribers
4. Identify and develop possible joint venture opportunities with other companies to promote them to the company's existing subscribers
5. Promote the company's other websites to the company's existing subscribers
6. Conceptualize and develop and promote seasonal campaigns to entice trial subscribers to upgrade or previous members to sign-up once again
7. Manage and maintain a promotional campaign blog
8. Increase renewal rates for the year
9. Decrease shopping cart abandon rates for the year
10. Coordinate internally with marketing, creative, call center and technical to execute against all deliverables
11. Monitor, recommend and implement strategies to improve key performance metrics, including click-through rates, average order size and ROI
12. Conduct weekly review and ROI analysis of the advertising campaigns and track to forecast
13. The work is approximately 100% day shift with occasional night shift work.
Required Experience
1. Being an affiliate marketer is an advantage
2. Writing experience is an advantage
3. Any sales or account management experience is an advantage
4. A highly-motivated self-starter. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be comfortable working independently to achieve a successful result with minimal guidance.
