Harvest/Halloween Weekend 2010

It is my pleasure to share with you the lovely time Robert and I had fully experiencing fall season -- most of which took place during the week of mad, crazy, Harvest/Halloween.

Stumbled upon a small, farmer's market in Omaha selling lots and lots of pumpkins.

Warted pumpkins. Interesting or yucky?

Painted pumpkins.

Painted mini-pumpkins.

Taking our pick!

Rows and rows of colorful pansies.

Free pumpkin carving event in Village Pointe.

Lead me to the Cross.

Our OWN pumpkin carving event.

Of course, my pumpkin top had to be perfectly round.

My Noah's Ark template.

Dressed up for the kids. We were our favorite game: Plants vs. Zombies!

Checkout our official version of the PvZ theme song!

Tried to finish my Noah's Ark pumpkin.

My hands got tired. Robert finished the carving for me.

Good job darling!

The Harvest Party in Bellevue Christian Center.

The two sunflowers. She was much cuter though!

Visited one of my favorites babies of all time: Yano! He was the cutest little elephant!

He could not wait to get out of the costume though.

How about you? How was your weekend?

what a great tower of pumpkins! GREAT idea! (although I'd hate to see when they all start to go bad...talk about a landslide)

loved your costume!

Valerie: I would hate to be the person assigned to take them down! That tree was a pretty sight though! They had a pumpkin tree-lighting ceremony in the evening but we missed it!

Liz: Talk about having way too much time on our hands!

Hi there Diane! The costume took so little work! And Rob and I have really been addicted to Plants vs. Zombies this year. It was a perfect representation!
